Board Game
Board Game InstructionsObject:
Try to be the first person to arrive back at 32 Windsor Gardens with two slices of bread and a jar of marmalade.
How to play:
For each person playing the game you will need one Wellington Boot (your counter), two slices of bread and one jar of Golden Shred. These can be printed and cut out from a sheet which you can download by clicking here. You will also need one dice.
Begin by placing all the boots on the square marked Start. Place the slices of bread (two per player) and jars of marmalade (one per player) at random around the board. They can go anywhere you like provided you do not put more than one object on the same square.
Players take it in turns with the youngest player going first.
When it's your turn, throw the die and move your player forward according to the number shown. If you land on a space with a slice of bread or a jar of marmalade, pick it up and keep it unless you already have enough bread (two slices) or marmalade (one jar) in which case you leave it. You can only pick up items if you land exactly on the space, not if you just pass over it. You may pick up bread or marmalade of any colour - they do not need to match the colour of your boot.
If you land on a special square, follow the instructions.
Once you've collected your bread and marmalade, return to Windsor Gardens, making sure you throw exactly the right number to land on the final square. The first person to do this is the winner!
